At home in the Great Northwest
Eugene has been home to Dr. Gemmell for much of his life. Along with his wife and children, he pursues many of the outdoor activities inherent to the Northwest (like skiing, wakeboarding and photography). He cherishes being involved in his children's school and sporting events.
After graduating from the University of Oregon, Dr. Gemmell received his DMD from Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland. He is a current member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the Oregon Dental Association and the American Dental Association. Dr. Gemmell is especially skilled in the following dental disciplines: esthetic techniques (including veneers, all-ceramic crowns and implants), crown and bridge placement and advanced periodontal care. His focus on continuing education is evident in his understanding of current techniques, including those that greatly increase patient comfort.
