Both doctors received their DMD from Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, and are current members of the Academy of General Dentistry, the Oregon Dental Association and the American Dental Association. A focus on continuing education is evident in their understanding of current techniques, including those that greatly increase patient comfort.
Dr. Gemmell
Eugene has been home to Dr. Gemmell for much of his life. Along with his wife and children, he pursues many of the outdoor activities inherent to the Northwest (like skiing, wakeboarding and photography). He cherishes being involved in his children's school and sporting events.
Dr. Gemmell is especially skilled in the following dental disciplines: esthetic techniques (including veneers, all-ceramic crowns and implants), crown and bridge placement and advanced periodontal care.
Dr. Kirchmeier
Making the Northwest his home for many years, Dr. Kirchmeier, along with his wife and two children also enjoys the lifestyle and activities afforded him in the Eugene area. In addition to having a deep appreciation for practicing dentistry, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, boating, camping and working on cars.
Dr. Kirchmeier is especially skilled in the following dental disciplines: endodontics (the branch of dentistry that seeks to maintain the health, and treat the diseases of the root canal) and oral surgery.
